Movie Goofs

Here is a list of goofs I've seen in movies. It can be used in conjunction with the list of 'Yet-to-Updated-IMDb-Submissions' (yet to be created). I suppose I will list this in reverse-order, the latest addition being on top.

• Star Trek: Nemesis (2002) - FACT: When Shinzon commands the Scimitar to go into full reverse after the Enterprise is rammed into it, he expects the Scimitar to pull away from the Enterprise, and so it does. But in fact, with there being no friction in place except for that between the Enterprise and the Scimitar, it is impossible in space for two embedded ships to separate in this matter, unless the Enterprise too was pulling away, which it was not.
• Eight Legged Freaks (2002) - FACT: When Kari Wuhrer's character tries to get the generator started, she mistakenly identifies its problem of not starting due to the lack of gasoline (Though most industrial generators use diesel). It isn't the fact that it's out of 'gas,' the real problem is that the battery no longer has a charge. She even says all they need is enough to get it started, but has people look around for gas. Then, saying they only need a short charge, her daughter brings out a Tazer. Kari's character gets excited, and points the Tazer between two bolts, possibly meaning a Positive and a Negative point. This turns the generator over, and ignites the fuel to keep the engine going.
• Eight Legged Freaks (2002) - FACT: When Chris busts the light bulb so that the Methane will be ignited, and later shoves the matches into the broken bulb, the hoped effect would never have happened. What 'Chris' should have done, was to just break the outside bulb, and left the filament intact. When electricity would finally run through the filament, it would have burnt long and hot enough to ignite the Methane.
• Star Wars (1977) - FAKE: For the original VHS tape release of Star Wars IV, in the first few scenes with Darth Vader, his voice sounds nothing like James Earl Jones'. There might have been a change in mixing or sound after these shots were done, or perhaps David Prowse may have had a few speaking lines in the beginning.
• Star Trek: The Wrath of Khan (1982) - MISC: Mistaken Continuity: The blood-stain on Kirk's uniform, from Scotty's dying relative (there are claims that this is the result of deleted footage). Actually, as originally shown in theaters and on the first video releases, the cadet, while he, Kirk, Scotty and Bones are in sickbay, grabs Admiral Kirk's uniform with his bloody hand to ask, "Is the word given?" The sickbay scene is lengthened on the Director's Edition DVD, with Scotty explaining his relationship to the cadet.
• Mad Max Beyond Thunderdome (1985) - FAKE: As filmed, all vehicles had steering wheels located on the right side of the vehicle's interior. In the climactic 'Playing Chicken' scene, Max drives his vehicle towards Auntie and her minions, and ends up jumping out of the left side of the truck, which would be contrary to any jumpers' assumption; jump from the side you are driving on.
